Minuses:
The carafe. You can't pour out all of the espresso within the carafe with out taking the lid off. Towards the end of the carafe, espresso will start to come out of the opening in the lid. And the rubber seal in the top of the lid used to be not smartly concept out. It comes out easily. I used to behed the lid within the dishwasher (top rack) and it must've come out. I did not no longerice it till later. I emailed Bunn customer support and they sent me two of them without spending a dime. I love their customer support. With the previous BT-10, the deliming device used to be a metal spring-type contraption. Ours acquired rusty and Bunn customer carrier sent us a new one freed from charge.
