I had the 32 ounces, which was some distance higher than necessity dictated. Moreover, glass presses bear considerable heat loss after four minutes of steeping. This press not most effective treatments that problem given that it's double walled stainless metal, however you couldn't wreck it if you tried. The espresso tasted great, even though I was a little bit curious to look if metal would lead to it to style unhealthy. Not within the least!
